Delivery Time
We will do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 3-7 business days upon receiving payment. UPS usually arrives within 1-5 business days of shipping date within the 48 contiguous States.
Exchange and/or Return Options
Returns are for full item value and will not include shipping and handling costs.
Seminars - Refunds less a $30 registration fee will be processed for cancellations received by fax or email 5 business days before the date of the seminar. You can also reschedule a seminar up to two times for a different date free of charge.
Learning Materials - We can't accept returns of books or software. All sales are final.
